Con el presente auto se reconforma el Grupo de Peritos Constitucionales Voluntarios que apoya el seguimiento de la sentencia T-760/08.
En virtud de lo anterior, se dispone que la Universidad de los Andes y sus unidades académicas y de investigación ya no fungirán como peritos constitucionales voluntarios, como si lo hará el Grupo Médico por el Derecho a Decidir.

- Primero. Tener en cuenta que a partir de la fecha de expedicion de esta providencia, la Universidad de los Andes y sus unidades academicas y de investigacion referidas en la consideracion 3.1., no fungiran como Peritos Constitucionales Voluntarios por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva del presente auto.
- Segundo. Reconocer como Perito Constitucional Voluntario al Grupo Medico por el Derecho a Decidir, conforme lo indicado en el acapite considerativo de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Informar de esta determinacion a los demas Peritos Constitucionales Voluntarios, asi como a la Contraloria General de la Republica, a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion, a la Defensoria del Pueblo, al Ministerio de Salud y Proteccion Social, al Ministerio de Hacienda y Credito Publico, a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud y al Administrador Fiduciario del Fosyga.
- Cuarto. La Secretaria General de esta Corporacion librara las comunicaciones pertinentes, remitiendo copia de este proveido.
